Then: Test's bid to become a WWF headliner had failed, and he was a bit-part player by 2001. His two minutes of ring time in the '01 Rumble summed it all up. Test was eliminated by former Union cohort Big Show, but he did toss William Regal out first.

Now: The man was only 33 years old when he sadly died on 13 March 2009. Later, doctors determined that Test had been suffering from severe chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE) brought on by countless concussions and other blows to the head.

It was a sad end for someone who once seemed so promising.
