WWE Royal Rumble 2013 Alternative Preview And Predictions

THE FINAL FOUR Exactly how the event will transpire is anybody's guess but it's pretty safe to assume that the four biggest names in the match will make it to the final four. In this year's Royal Rumble those names are Randy Orton, Dolph Ziggler, Sheamus and John Cena. Given recent events it is likely that Sheamus and Orton will eliminate one or the other leaving Dolph Ziggler and his current nemesis John Cena as the last two men standing. Assuming The Rock wins the WWE Championship we should expect John Cena to win probably after Big E Langston's interference backfires. Of course WWE could go for the swerve and have Ziggler win making himself potentially eligible for both a WWE title match as well as a World Heavyweight title match thanks to his briefcase. That way he could have a unification match at Wrestlemania - perhaps against Rock - and launch himself on to that next level as the future of the WWE. Knowing Vince and co. like we do though fans should expect the inoffensive feel good ending instead as the road to Wrestlemania begins to pick up speed. Most Likely Prediction: John Cena wins and faces The Rock at Wrestlemania in a final passing of the torch moment. Alternative Prediction: Ryback dominates and wins the match eliminating John Cena at the last minute. That way he can face off with Big Show at Wrestlemania and finally get the top title. That's assuming Big Show regains the World Heavyweight Championship though.
