5. Ryback
Ryback's has been making some low key appearances on Raw and SmackDown, making himself seen and heard. It's hard to ignore that he has the talent, and that he's kind of drifting since his alliance with Paul Heyman. He's shown on the commentary headset that he doesn't need a mouthpiece. Ryback's chances are bolstered by the fact that he's in the kind of shape that the bookers in the WWE seem to favor: Big, bodybuilder type physique, and hard working. He also will take a loss from whoever they need him to. But, in this case, I see Ryback doing a double down with one of the others in this list; CM Punk, Daniel Bryan, or Cena -- with a feud over who 'actually' won the Rumble. Check out the 1994 Rumble for an example of this. He's also the type of guy who appreciates a push without crowd input. However, his chances of winning are shot because he's being primed for an IC feud with Big 'E' Langston. And, you've got the WWE wanting to push a Brock Lesnar main event at Wrestlemania. I like Ryback, but Brock/Cena may be in the cards. Also, he may be fighting 'E' on the undercard which always means a less likely win. The odds of him winning? 75 to 1.
