4. Steve Blackman
Last seen in a WWE ring back in 2007 for a one-off match on Monday Night Raw, deadpan hardcore hero Steve Blackman would be a welcome addition to the 2016 Royal Rumble. Who wouldn't want to see the emotionless martial artist whip out the nunchucks one more time and batter Heath Slater like a bruise-flavoured McFlurry? There is another element worth tossing into the mix, though. Steve's background outside of knocking Shane McMahon off the Titantron is in MMA. Y'know who else is bang into MMA? Oh yeah, BROCK LESNAR! Imagine the scenes if Blackman and Lesnar duke it out throwing in some genuine martial arts moves instead of just a token Fujiwara Armbar? Of course, Lesnar would flatten Blackman like a 2p piece, but straight-man Steve would definitely put up a believable fight for the Beast Incarnate. Oh, and his entrance music is great. Let's hear that again.
