WWE Royal Rumble 2016: 10 Reasons The Undertaker Will Return
10. Feel-Good Reunion With Kane
Kane has a lot of history in the Royal Rumble match. Up until he was trumped by Roman Reigns in 2014, the 'Big Red Monster' held the record for most eliminations in a single Rumble bout. Indeed, it has been kind to Kane, because he's managed to feature so many times at the event. Could an Undertaker return to action be solely for to host a Brothers Of Destruction reunion? Undertaker and Kane are forever linked, and have been ever since the latter made his debut way back in 1997. Since then, they've been booked to both team together and feud extensively against each another. The fact that the careers of both appear to be coming to an end sooner rather than later could play into proceedings could play into proceedings at the 2016 Royal Rumble. The Undertaker and Kane could watch one another's back in the match, with the announcers playing up the idea that they want to go head-to-head at the end of the Rumble. This would add another narrative to the show, and simultaneously add some of that traditional nostalgia the Royal Rumble has become known for over the years.
