There can be no doubts about it now, WWE higher-ups are dead set on presenting Braun Strowman as a big name player. The Royal Rumble is the ideal testing ground for this theory, and it's where the likes of Kevin 'Diesel' Nash have found out that Vince McMahon likes what they have to offer. Strowman was booked strongly in the Rumble, which bodes well for the mammoth of a man. Entering at #17, Braun eliminated no less than 5 different performers. The list included some impressive names - Strowman battered and chucked The Big Show, Kane, Sami Zayn, Mark Henry and even Brock Lesnar. With the latter pairing, he had help from other members of The Wyatt Family, but it's still notable that 4 former World Champions stand out from that list. With relative ease, Braun hurled Kane and Big Show single-handedly. If WWE weren't high on the man, that would never happen, because that kind of booking would appear restricted for those the company aren't entirely sure about. Post-WrestleMania, fans should expect the promotion to get fully behind Strowman, because there's a new monster heel in town.
