11. Mojo Rawley

Mojo Rawley might be unbearable to some, but he's very popular among WWE's younger fanbase. His enthusiasm and energy make him a big hit with certain sections of the crowd, and while Mojo's probably never going to be a world champion, it looks like WWE have plans for him.

He and Zack Ryder were seemingly about to become SmackDown Tag Team Champions before Ryder's injury. Zack now looks set to miss several months of action, and the plans have been shelved, but that doesn't necessarily mean Rawley's push is over. He spoke openly about striking out on his own while Ryder's away on a recent episode of Talking Smack, and WWE probably wouldn't have given him this spot if they didn't plan on doing something with him.

Mojo would be a solid Royal Rumble entrant. The match format would completely negate his in ring shortcomings, and he should be able to run wild for a minute or two to help pick the crowd up. He doesn't even need to eliminate anyone: all Mojo needs to do is charge down the ramp, jump around the ring, and pop the crowd.
