WWE Royal Rumble 2017: Rating Each Entrant's Chances Of Winning

13. Dolph Ziggler

Dolph Ziggler's recent heel turn was long overdue. He'll always have a fanbase, but Ziggler's complete inability to win the big one had eroded his credibility, and made it impossible to take him seriously as a face. Now that he's a heel, there shouldn't be anything holding Dolph back, and he can use all his cunning and rage to cheat his way to victory in matches he would have lost a few months ago.

He's probably going to spend the next few months feuding with Kalisto and/or Apollo Crews. This is a fine role for him and it'll allow WWE to build his opponents up as credible midcarders, but it greatly reduces the chances of Ziggler winning the Rumble. He's not somebody we're likely to see in the WWE Championship picture anytime soon and while we shouldn't completely rule-out the possibility of another run with the big belt, it won't come in the next few months.

Chances: Slim.
