13. Big E
Big, brawny, and full of charisma, Big E is everything that Vince McMahon usually looks for in a major star, but The New Day's success has prevented a solo push. He's still only 31 years old, though, so a main event run isn't out of the question yet.
Will it start on January 28th? Probably not, but Big E will almost certainly feature. He's ill-suited to the monster role, but his power means he's always a fun Rumble edition, though it's unlikely that we'll get anything outside a quick hot post-entrance, such is WWE's inability to use the Rumble to showcase more than a handful of performers these days.
