WWE Royal Rumble 2018: Predicting All 30 Entrants
1. Roman Reigns
That Roman Reigns will challenge for Brock Lesnar's Universal Championship WrestleMania 34 is wrestling's worst kept secret.
The news broke months ago, and the company have showed no signs of swaying their course. Like it or not, Lesnar vs. Reigns is the main event we're getting on April 8th, and 'Mania will close with 'The Big Dog's' latest coronation, soundtracked by 75,000 fans booing their lungs out.
The destination isn't in doubt, but the journey is. Reigns is a heavy favourite to win the Royal Rumble, but there's now talk that WWE will give this honour to a SmackDown wrestler, meaning they'd have to book Roman vs. Brock through other means.
This is preferable. Reigns' rejection spoiled the 2015 Rumble, his feud with Triple H did the same in 2016, and 2017's arrival at number 30 almost completed the trifecta. The last thing we need is him starring in another Rumble flop, so here's hoping WWE flip the script.
Regardless, Roman's participation isn't up for debate, and the Brock match should bring the house down.
