WWE Royal Rumble 2019: Rating Each Entrant's Chances Of Winning

2. Drew McIntyre

The excitement surrounding Drew McIntyre's main event elevation has cooled off considerably over the past few weeks.

A victim of lame, unnecessary losses and increasingly over-scripted promos, McIntyre isn't as hot as he was heading into Q4 2018. That's a shame. He's a behemoth with a great look, he can wrestle, and he can talk. These things make him easy to latch onto, and it'd be great to see WWE adjust his presentation post-Rumble.

As for the match goes, everybody knows how high the WWE hierarchy is on Drew. He'll be a headlining wrestler someday, and he could well compete for the Universal Championship at WrestleMania 35. Expect 5-6 eliminations at the very least.

Chances: Favourable.
