WWE Royal Rumble 2020: 10 Things That Must Happen

10. The Women's Rumble Opens

There were two matches between the male and female Rumbles in 2018, and the same in 2019. It's not enough.

This Sunday, WWE should open with the female Rumble and keep it as far away as possible from the men's version later on. Yes, this writer is advocating that the 30-man match is the last one fans see in Minute Maid Park, not the women's sprint. Why? Simple gimmick fatigue, that's why.

Also, the women's match has been a bit of an afterthought compared to its counterpart this year. WWE must surely realise that running two hour-long marathons in quick succession hurts the Rumble, so they'd be wise to leave as much time between each one as they possibly can. Besides, opening with a Rumble feels pretty huge.

It's something the company haven't done since introducing one for the women, and it'd give their match a big platform to shine on. Plus (wait for it now), there'd be the chance to open Sunday's special with a massive return moment.
