WWE Royal Rumble 2021: Predicting The 10 Biggest Spots

4. The Fiend Costs Randy Orton

Worried that The Fiend still hasn't declared for the 2021 Royal Rumble match? Fear not! The masked marauder will almost certainly be involved unless that really was him on fire all those weeks ago. If that was the case, Bray Wyatt has bigger things on his hands than bribing whoever is in charge of the lights to switch them off at a very specific time.

WWE isn't building to a Randy Orton vs. Alexa Bliss match at WrestleMania 37, so expect Bray Wyatt's spooky alter ego to make his presence felt in the Royal Rumble match, probably towards the end, immediately after Randy Orton has hit a succession of RKOs and is the only man standing inside the ring. The Fiend will appear and shove his fingers down the gullet of The Viper, dragging him under the ring or out of it, ensuring that Orton doesn't win another Rumble match.

All of which will surely lead to the first-ever Firefly Funhouse Inferno Bugs on the Mat House of Horrors match at WrestleMania 37, as Orton and Wyatt reach for the impossible. Can this be the worst of their many matches to date? If the bottom of the barrel is anywhere, it'll be found at the Show of Shows.

Is this the price we must pay for AJ Styles vs. Edge? Beggars can't be choosers.

Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man.
