Yes, this article is pitching that Bobby Lashley becomes WWE Champion again.

Why? Well, big Bob has been foaming at the mouth about a Brock Lesnar match for what feels like forever. It eluded him for too long, and nearly slipped away, but he matches up well with Brock in 2022. Besides, few would see a title change coming here, and WWE love springing some surprises on the 'Road To WrestleMania'.

Lashley taking the merry little jaunt out of Lesnar's step would be exactly that. It'd be a shocking title change, and the best kind. It's hardly like Bobby, as a former WWE Champ himself, lacks the credibility to get the job done here. A switch would also avoid ye olde 'Champion vs. Champion' thing at 'Mania.

WWE should forget about that unless they plan to unify the WWE and Universal belts into one. They probably don't, which is why taking the former off Brock and putting it on a solid heel like Lashley makes sense. Then, Lesnar's new wrinkle can develop from there.
