This one is contingent on Ridge recovering after his face got exploded at Day 1.

A Kickoff Show tag pitting Holland and Sheamus against Ricochet and Cesaro was disastrous for the Englishman's nose, with a spot-gone-wrong forcing him out of the match. Sheamus had to complete it as a handicap - and still won.

As a featured SmackDown performer, a healthy Holland isn't a certainty for the Rumble, but a good bet to be included.
