WWE Royal Rumble 2023: 10 Nightmares That Could Come True

5. The Bloodline Splits Early

This is a knock-on point to the previous one.

If Sami does cost Roman, then The Bloodline as you know it will be history overnight. Reigns' charges like The Usos and Solo Sikoa would hit the ring to give Zayn a kicking. Or, perhaps WWE would hold off on that until the following night on Raw/the next episode of SmackDown.

There's still so much drama to get through before Sami is on the outs permanently though. Raw Is XXX was a stay of execution, so it'd be hella weird if WWE pulled the trigger on a full-blown split at the Rumble. They don't really need to, and nobody out there actually wants them to.

This Bloodline business was one of 2022's biggest surprise packages, and that success has carried on into the new year. It'd be a real shame if the writers raced through the final lap with a panicky string of booking mistakes they just didn't need to make.
