WWE: Sting Expected For Wrestlemania 30 As Creative Start Plans

The Icon Sting looks ever more likely to be joining WWE. The Wrestling Observer is reporting that a contract is expected to be signed, leading to Sting working with WWE for the first time ever. The talk within WWE is claimed to be as strong as it has ever been. Creative concepts are already being pitched, including the idea of "A man called Sting" vignettes. There are likely to be even bigger creative plans on the table, with the company actively considering how they are going to use the WCW legend. Despite the optimism, it is thought that Sting could possibly have a couple of house show dates with TNA to complete. This shouldn't be a problem. The insider speculation is that Sting will be in around the time of Wrestlemania 30. WWE will be waiting on Sting's contract with TNA being absolutely done, but conversations in some manner may have already seen some agreement take place. WWE are confident for a specific reason we can assume. Sting will know for certain in his mind by now what is going to happen. A big last run and recognition in the big time has to be appealing. A Wrestlemania payoff is something that even the richest man couldn't say no to. There remains speculation that Sting could one day clash with Undertaker at Wrestlemania, which in my mind makes more sense for Summerslam - while some are keen on Taker Sting at Mania, how could anyone believe Sting could end the streak? Traditionally the WWE like to follow up Wrestlemania with a big Monday Night Raw. In recent years we have seen Brock Lesnar return on Raw rather than the PPV. I can't help but wonder if this year it will be Sting as the big surprise the night after Wrestlemania.
