WWE Summerslam 2013: 5 Things We Learned

3. The LA Crowd Disappoints

Maybe it's PPV TV, but last night the LA crowd just felt flat overall. The live crowd can make or break a show on television, let alone in the arena, and last night was no exception. They were hot for the expected big segments, but then they were quiet and downright rude in places where performers were giving it their all. The Divas match had both the ladies actually putting on an excellent match, but it suffered from chants for Michael Cole from the lame LA crowd. This is unacceptable. I understand the Divas aren't legendary, but they were giving us all 110% last night and deserved better. And the same goes for the opener between Kane and Bray Wyatt. This was a nice gimmick match that was let down by the crowd also, who were coming down off of Dean Ambrose and RVD putting on a clinic in the PPV pre-show. If you're going to go to a PPV, give it your all, fellow fans!
