This match has arguably been the best promoted contest on the card at times in recent weeks. That's quite the achievement when you think about how irrelevant Orton was just a month or two ago. He's somehow mustered the Randy of old, bringing an agression to his heel work that got us all to take notice. As for Reigns, his popularity continues to grow. As a consequence, this feud has really caught the audience's imagination. Result wise, there can only be one verdict: Roman Reigns. The babyface is headed toward the WWE title in time, Orton is just another building block in that process. In terms of match quality, it really could go either way. It depends what Randy turns up. A few months ago at a Newcastle house show I watched as Orton and Reigns had a good match. In recent weeks the reviews of their house performances have been poorer. As the veteran, it's up to Orton to carry the bout. When he's not feeling it, he goes through the motions, and it sucks. Surely at SummerSlam though he'll put his best foot forward. As for Reigns' performance, he's a basic worker, but he's good at what he does. His moveset has impact and he times everything well. A good idea of the finish would be a kickout of the RKO, a reversal of another RKO, superman punch, spear, pin. Winner: Roman Reigns
