WWE SummerSlam 2017 Card Fans Want (But Won’t Get)

6. John Cena Vs Baron Corbin

Free agent John Cena looks set for an appearance at SummerSlam after making his return earlier this month, but with Orton, AJ and Owens all tied up in long-term feuds it's unclear where the record-equalling world champ will end up on the card.

Baron Corbin, whose push for the world title began to take shape with victory in June's Money in the Bank match, could use the rub associated with facing (and, preferably, beating) a man of Cena's standing, having been bold enough to put his briefcase on the line.

But there's no guarantee that we'll get this one: Cena and Rusev - however many times we've seen it before - looks like it has the legs to last the whole of the summer. After all, the Bulgarian Brute - having just returned from injury - is unlikely to lose his first big bout of the year in Battleground's flag match. Expect a rematch (and another gimmick) at SummerSlam.
