WWE SummerSlam 2017: Every Match Ranked From Worst To Best

1. Universal Title: Brock Lesnar (c) Vs. Braun Strowman Vs. Roman Reigns Vs. Samoa Joe

Result: Brock scoops up Roman's Spear attempt and slaughters him with an F-5 to retain the belt (20:45).

Rating: This was one Hell of a main event, and in the eyes of some may have even redeemed the show (but surely not entirely). It wasn't finessed at all, but instead focused on the monstrous physicality of these four men, which is exactly what it needed to do.

There were multiple potential satisfying winners here, especially Strowman, who really shined with his destruction of Brock in the early going, but Brock winning also worked incredibly well, especially with Roman surprisingly being the one to eat the pin.

This avoided most of the multi-man pitfalls that drag these matches down and achieved the palpable chaos you'd want from these superstars. Say what you want about the show on the whole, but it at least ended strong. 8/10
