The customary SmackDown women's multi-person match was premature this time, but for a specific reason. It may have been due to continued criticism of the complete lack of care being afforded the division, but in this here real world, it was actually in order to give reason for a singles bout in which Carmella can cash in.

This match, then, is entirely immaterial. Natalya is simply a distraction to wear out the face champion before 'the Princess of Staten Island', briefcase and poodle (James Ellsworth) in tow emerges to MAKE HISTORY. It's the right idea in my book; the division desperately needs a talking point.

Benjamin was born in 1987, and is still not dead. He variously enjoys classical music, old-school adventure games (they're not dead), and walks on the beach (albeit short - asthma, you know). He's currently trying to compile a comprehensive history of video game music, yet denies accusations that he purposefully targets niche audiences. He's often wrong about these things.
