WWE SummerSlam 2018: 10 Things That Must Happen

3. Ronda Rousey Becomes Raw Women's Champion

The mainstream media frenzy will be fierce for October's all-female Evolution pay-per-view if Ronda Rousey goes in as the reigning Raw Women's Champion. That's attention WWE must crave, and so it seems Rousey is destined to hammer Alexa Bliss and take her title.

There's no satisfying out for WWE here. If Natalya interferes and costs her friend victory by helping Alexa pin her, then it'll be a SummerSlam nightmare of epic proportions and muddy the waters before Evolution. Nah, WWE need a clear path going into that show, and there are bigger matches than Ronda vs. Nattie on the horizon.

As Raw Women's Champ, Rousey would be able to tangle with Bliss in a quick rematch at HIAC (if WWE deem it necessary, which they usually do), run over Alicia Fox on Raw, tease a match further down the line with Natalya and then perhaps tangle with a heel Charlotte Flair at Evolution.

Dream scenario right there.
