No superstar on this list has competed at SummerSlam more times than Dolph Ziggler, who has eight matches to his name. The first of these came all the way back in 2009 when The Show Off failed to take Rey Mysterio's Intercontinental Title. His other two losses came in 2012 against a less than 100% Chris Jericho, tapping out to a particularly brutal Walls of Jericho, and in 2016 against Dean Ambrose for the WWE Title.

Ziggler's victories have been slightly more low key, defeating Alex Riley in a dark match in 2011, teaming with Kaitlyn to beat Big E and AJ Lee in 2013, and most impressively besting The Miz to win the Intercontinental Title in 2014, kicking out after a Skull Crushing Finale to hit the Zig Zag.

Incredibly, Ziggler has been involved in two SummerSlam no contests in his career. In 2010, when defending his Intercontinental Title against Kofi Kingston, the match ended early when Nexus interfered attacking both men. The second draw came in 2015 during Ziggler's feud with Rusev over Lana and Summer Rae. The two men fought outside the ring until the 10 count, with Rusev distracted by the two accompanying women brawling alongside them.
