It is hard to deny that Baron Corbin is a perennial WWE loser. The Lone Wolf is one of the few who unsuccessfully attempted to cash in his Money in the Bank contract, he struggles to command respect from his fellow superstars (even in his new Constable Corbin role on Raw), and hasn't won a PPV match since besting The Miz at Survivor Series in 2017.

In terms of his SummerSlam history, Corbin has only appeared once, facing off against John Cena in 2017. It was Corbin's plan to exact revenge on Cena for distracting him and causing him to lose to Jinder as he cashed his contract in. However, Cena put Corbin away in just over ten minutes with an Attitude Adjustment, leaving Corbin with a very unwanted 0-1 SummerSlam record.
