9. Cedric Alexander Vs Drew McIntyre

As has been reported everywhere, this week's TV was subject to a number of last-minute changes and reshuffles, with two matches pulled from the prospective SummerSlam card and dumped on Raw instead.

Per Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer, Zayn vs. Black was just a textbook WWE last-minute reshuffle but the Women's Tag Team Title bout, however, was down to Paul Heyman, who felt that Raw would allow the performers a longer match, therefore giving them more of an opportunity to showcase their skills.

SummerSlam's current match count sits at 10, and Meltzer notes that Drew McIntyre vs. Cedric Alexander will be added to the lineup sometime soon. This is surprisingly small for one of the year's shows, particularly as Goldberg vs. Dolph Ziggler is unlikely to last longer than a few seconds, but it's definitely welcome.
