Despite the fact that literally nobody asked for it, it really is beginning to look like we're getting Ronda Rousey vs. Nikki Bella at WWE Evolution. Naturally, the idea of this match has divided the WWE Universe. Evolution was supposed to be about the progress that the company has made in recent years, thanks to its women's revolution (brought about by talented wrestlers like Sasha Banks, Charlotte Flair and Becky Lynch) so it's hard to believe that WWE would even consider having a remnant from the reviled Divas Era headline the PPV.

However, this is WWE we're talking about and given that Nikki has randomly returned in recent weeks, the horrifying thought is becoming a reality. Along with her sister Brie, Nikki has been aiding 'The Baddest Woman On The Planet' at every turn - because that's totally believable, right?

With Rousey now teaming with both the Bella Twins at Super Show-Down to take on the Riott Squad, expect Nikki to finally reveal her true motives and attack the Raw Women's Champion, setting up the pair's match for the historic PPV. It's far from ideal, but at the very least, it will add some much-needed purpose to Nikki's return, because right now there really isn't one.
