6. Cain Velasquez

Cain Velasquez is not done with WWE. He was allegedly told by the company that he would feature in the Royal Rumble, before being pulled from the event at short notice with reports going onto say that the company had "lost faith" in his development. Whether or not that's entirely how things have gone down remains to be seen, but something is clearly wrong.

Thankfully for him, the Saudi shows are two things to WWE. Firstly, they're a giant money-spinner that is 90% just about getting big names on a card to appease a very casual crowd and generate a few international headlines. And secondly, fairly non-canon, so it's absolutely fine if you go out there and have no real idea what you're doing.

Thus the speculation is that we'll see Velasquez at some point in the evening. It's almost 1000% not to cost Brock the title in his match against Ricochet, but it might well be to get involved afterward. WWE will probably want to keep the heat going between the two until they're ready to drop the angle for good, and here's as good a place as any.
