WWE Superstar Shake Up: 10 Shocking Changes That Could Happen
5. The Intercontinental Championship To SmackDown Live
If the United States title moves from SmackDown to RAW, then its Intercontinental counterpart must move in the opposite direction. After capturing the title from Bobby Lashley at WrestleMania, Finn Bálor would obviously be joining the title in its switch to Tuesdays.
The Intercontinental title had been somewhat stale for a while leading up to WrestleMania, but with Finn Bálor emphatically defeating Bobby Lashley and then Sami Zayn the next night, the future looks bright for the championship. The title would be far more competitive on SmackDown, where Bálor could put on fantastic matches with the likes of Ali, Andrade or The Miz, making it a more than logical move for WWE to make.
The events that occurred between Braun Strowman and Samoa Joe may have shed some doubt into this, however, as it is unclear whether or not their rivalry will take place on Smackdown or RAW, That doesn't mean this move should be counted out as anything can happen during the Superstar Shake Up.
