8. Sting?
Sting is one of the names linked with teaming alongside Kane and The Undertaker, with the Wrestling Observer Newsletter mentioning him as a possibility a few weeks ago. However, at this point, it would be a huge shock to see him turning up unannounced at this Sunday's show. But there are some reasons to believe such a shock could happen. For one, Survivor Series is going to be in Atlanta, Georgia, which was the headquarters of WCW. It would feel like a homecoming if Sting showed up in his old stronghold. Also, one must factor in that Survivor Series 2014 was Sting's WWE debut. An appearance this year would bring things full circle, possibly setting up an angle for WrestleMania 32. If he turns up as part of Team Undertaker, that would certainly be cause for more talk of Icon versus Icon being set up for 'Mania.
