WWE Survivor Series 2015: 10 Things We Learned

4. Bray Wyatt Chose Luke Harper

Confusion reigned at Survivor Series during one of the featured matches. The Undertaker and Kane were set to clash with members of The Wyatt Family chosen by Bray Wyatt. On the most recent episode of Smackdown, Bray had seemed to determine that he would team with Braun Strowman to face The Brothers Of Destruction. That didn't happen at Survivor Series. Instead, Erick Rowan stormed the ring and was taken out by 'Taker and Kane. Then, Strowman was told to hold back by Bray, who nominated Luke Harper as his partner. Truthfully, this was a blessing for the match, certainly in terms of quality. Harper is a much more accomplished in-ring worker than Strowman at this point, and he was able to bump around for his foes nicely. It's perplexing that WWE seemed to change their mind somewhere along the way to the Pay-Per-View. Maybe officials feel protecting Braun by not having him soak up damage from The Undertaker and Kane is best. Looking at the match which transpired, there can be no arguments with that kind of reasoning. Strowman couldn't have worked the way Harper did.
