WWE Survivor Series 2017: Star Ratings For All 7 Matches
4. The Usos Vs. The Bar
This was a blinder. How did WWE get the booking so right in the build up, only to fail so dismally on the night?
The quality of this match totally banished any lingering moans over the abandoned Shield Vs. Usos bout. Gorgeous strikes, dramatic saves and inventive double-team work, this was another great entry into a sterling doubles canon in 2017 well worth the loud "This is awesome!" chants. The Usos have come so far in 2017 - so much so that it's impossible to recall a time in which people wanted them to go away forever.
The finish alone secured this an extra quarter of a star. For the traditional tag team nerds, the sight of Jimmy Uso simultaneously tagging in Jey and flooring Cesaro with a plancha was the perfect fusion of psychological tag team genius and modern spectacle. The finish was, in a word, fabulous; the seniority of the Usos ultimately prevailed over the strength and sh*thousery of the Bar in this near-fall-packed stunner.
It was so good that it would have stolen any other show...
