WWE Survivor Series 2018: 10 Things That Must Happen

3. Drew McIntyre Is The Sole Survivor

There's a rocket strapped to burly Scotsman Drew McIntyre at the moment, and rightfully so. He carries the air of a megastar in the making, and he's more than ready for the Universal Title mix on Raw. Survivor Series should be the next step in presenting McIntyre as a force to be reckoned with.

The 'sole survivor' gimmick has worked before as an effective booking tool, and it'd do so again if Drew outlasted everyone on the SmackDown side. That's not a typo, we mean everyone.

Say Braun is eliminated by warring with Corbin, then Lashley in turn costs Finn Bálor his place in the match. Another nice moment would come if Bobby Lashley was surprised by Samoa Joe because he was still laughing at Bálor's misfortune. That'd leave McIntyre and old pal Dolph Ziggler.

Sacrifice Ziggler to Jeff Hardy and you'd be left five against one in SmackDown's favour. It'd do a lot for Drew's prospects if he was booked to last the distance and eliminate every man systematically on his way to being the last one standing. Why not? A push is a push.
