WWE Survivor Series 2019: 10 Superstars Who Could Be NXT's 5th Man
1. John Morrison
It's been a long time coming, but Survivor Series may finally be the perfect moment to pull the trigger on the eagerly awaited return of the original Johnny Wrestling, John Morrison. As far as iconic Survivor Series moments go, seeing Morrison make his triumphant return in black and gold would be among the best.
Since signing for WWE after an extensive and successful run on brands like Lucha Underground, WWE creative has yet to give him anything to run with. With the men's Survivor Series teams looking very confusing thanks to Kevin Owens' return to NXT, it's highly likely that Morrison could finally sneak his way in there, hopefully as a member of NXT.
If he does feature though, another major option for him would be RAW, perhaps replacing Owens as he leaves RAW for NXT. Since WWE have waited so long to show him off, clearly WWE has big plans, and if that's true, they may need him to keep RAW fresh every Monday.
