9. Velveteen Dream
Speaking of young talent, perhaps the best young talent in the entire wrestling industry today is The Velveteen Dream. There's no other superstar in NXT that can captivate an audience quite like the Dream and he has the quality in-ring to keep the match action-packed and exhilarating.
The biggest roadblock to this being realised is that the situation around his supposed 'injury' is somewhat unclear. The Undisputed Era attacked Dream in kayfabe and placed him on the injury list though it appears this was done to write him off NXT TV as he nurses a genuine injury.
If the injury wasn't too serious, there's a genuine possibility that Dream may return for NXT at Survivor Series. If he does, there will be pretty much no doubt that he'll be the one making headlines and stealing the show.
