While every other NXT champion got an opportunity to showcase themselves over these past few weeks, the one who never got such a chance was the Champ of the Hour, Lio Rush. The Cruiserweight has had a burgeoning feud with Angel Garza on NXT but deserves an opportunity to represent both NXT and 205 Live at Survivor Series.

Rush is a name fans who don't watch NXT will remember as the manager of Bobby Lashley. Thankfully for Rush, he made it away from Lashley before he got involved with Lana and Rusev. Since then, he's become Cruiserweight champion, and his stock is higher than ever, meaning he'd be a hard pick to be upset about.

Unfortunately for cruiserweight fans, Rush is rumoured to once again be on the Kickoff show defending his title against Angel Garza, but that would at least leave him with plenty of time to rest if he did end up becoming NXT's fifth man.
