Result: Rhea Ripley destroys Sasha Banks with the Riptide to win the match for Team NXT (28:00).

Rating: There were some great individual spots in this match, but overall it just felt a bit sloppy and thrown together.

The booking was straight-up nonsensical at times, having wrestlers needlessly break falls - or not break them when they really needed the help - and Asuka then randomly leaving the match despite never being eliminated.

The injured Io Shirai and Candice LeRae spot, meanwhile, was pure generic Survivor Series throwback nonsense and felt like a desperate attempt to inject some drama into the match.

Rhea Ripley was the easy MVP and continued to boost her brand, even if she didn't make much of an effort to sell the effects of WarGames, and the interference at the end was totally unnecessary.

Still, it was neat to see NXT scoop such a decisive win, though given the ridiculous amount of talent standing on the apron, this was overall just OK.

Above all else, it's a reminder of just how much thought needs to go into laying these epic matches out. 6/10
