WWE Survivor Series 2021: 5 Best Moments (And 5 Worst)

3. WORST - Brooklyn Sours On All-Star Main Event

Vince McMahon Roman Reigns
WWE

Roman Reigns and Big E were about three quarters of the way into their main event when 'The Tribal Chief' started asking the Brooklyn crowd to "shut their mouths" as if they'd made any noise for the contest's duration.

It was noble and admirable and lots of other words that come before "failure" on the Universal Champion's part, but WWE were getting what they deserved from a formerly even if the wrestlers had little to do with the disinterest.

The story wasn't good enough going in, the company haven't ever made a big deal of the stakes, and even if they had, Raw had won things with such ease that this battle was meaningless beyond some stat-padding for the company's one big star.

And about that - for all this was hard-hitting and the two men almost got the crowd on the hook, precisely who are WWE working Reigns up for? E didn't feel on his level for most of this, but might have done had he beaten 'The Big Dog' here.

The supreme top heel is only as good as the babyface set to topple him, and that star feels more of a myth than a legend at present.
