WWE Survivor Series 2023: 10 Nightmares That Could Come True

2. Drew McIntyre Eats The Decisive Fall

In one match, Damian Priest's MITB dreams could go up in smoke, and freshly-turned mega-heel Drew McIntyre could stare at the same lights Santos Escobar did earlier. That sounds absolutely rancid - it's the kind of one-two punch booking that WCW would've slapped the green light on during the darkest days of 2000.

McIntyre still hasn't committed publicly to WWE long-term though. His contract status is right up in the air (unless, of course, something has been tentatively agreed behind the scenes). It wouldn't exactly be out of character for the promotion to try teach someone a lesson. Sign on the dotted line, or your push is scrapped.

That sort of thing.

Again, WWE would only be taking a revolver to their own tootsies by booking this sort of nonsense. Protecting Drew on Saturday is a must. If Judgment Day's side is going to lose, then Dominik Mysterio or JD McDonagh can easily take the fall for the heels.
