These wrestlers stood to earn a whopping $500,000 per annum.

The Revival were buried on last night's Raw, with The Usos walking in on a backstage scene in which Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder were shaving each other's backs in the shower. Designed to humiliate the duo, the reason for its existence looks clear: Dash and Dawson have seemingly turned down a new five-year deal to stay with WWE worth $500,000 p/a.

Fightful's Sean Ross Sapp broke the news last night, stating that the offer had been tabled but The Revival had yet to accept. Following this, Bodyslam.net stated that the offer was actually $550,000 annually, and the Wrestling Observer/Figure Four Online's Daily Update went one step further, stating that the offers were rejected, and that the evening's episode of Raw would "give you WWE's reaction to that."

Clearly, Vince McMahon and co. aren't best pleased:-

Dash and Dawson have been through a lot in 2019, starting with the duo reportedly asking for their releases while still wearing their ring gear in January. They have since won and lost the Raw Tag Team Championships, but with their deals not set to expire until May 2020, the next year could be long, torturous, and full of back-shaving burials.
