WWE will debut "Maxxine Dupri" on next week's episode of SmackDown.

A promo segment on this week's show revealed that Max Dupri's Maximum Male Models group will debut their "2022 Beachwear Collection" on the broadcast. Mace and Mansoor will rock some new threads, but WWE also plans to introduce a brand new character.

It's unclear whether or not this will be a one-off deal, or if "Maxxine" will join MMM full-time - critics are also totally unsure exactly who will fill the role. Will it be one of the women already on SmackDown's roster? Are WWE going to call someone up from NXT 2.0? It's anyone's guess.

Some fans on Twitter are already playing detective and guessing that Aliyah will be repackaged as Dupri's kayfabe sister. That'd make more sense than some might imagine, because the ditzy babyface role creative has for Aliyah on Friday nights is going nowhere right now.

Aliyah's planned match vs. Lacey Evans was scrapped from Friday's show when Evans walked out beforehand. A hasty repackage job that sees the struggling face turn heel and play Max's sister could be a step in the right direction.
