You cant blame The Usos, The New Day, or The Lucha Dragons for punching in for the night and electrifying. If you want to get the crowd hot for an event, start strong, right? In this case, no. By the time Rusev versus Ryback rolled around, the odds were pretty stacked against the two slower-paced workers, as the previous match had already set the bar really high. You cant go from watching fireworks to sitting in front of a blank wall. It just doesnt work that way. The crowd lost the hotness factor for this one, and had many wondering where all the toys went. Booking-wise, the WWE could have gone either way, but the results show it may have been better to swap the two matches on the card. Rusev and Ryback should have opened the show.
