WWE To Give Chad Gable A Major Push?

Vince McMahon is reportedly a big admirer of the Olympian.

Despite losing out to Baron Corbin as WWE crowned its new King of the Ring earlier this week, it looks as if things are looking up for Chad Gable.

According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Vince McMahon is apparently a major fan of Gable and “really likes and appreciates” the Olympian.

Ever since he first started teaming up with Jason Jordan in NXT, fans have been wowed by the in-ring work and charisma of Gable – yet winning over Vinny Mac is a far, far harder task than impressing the watching fan base.

Given Gable’s diminutive size, he’s nowhere near the stature of the strapping 6 ft+ superheroes that McMahon is famous for getting tight in the pants over. But if this WON report is indeed true, then it’s fantastic to see VKM appreciating just what a special talent Chad Gable is.

After that Monday night loss to Corbin, Gable wasted no time in getting some semblance of revenge on Corbin as he attacked him and laid waste to Baron’s royal garb during a coronation ceremony that took place on the following night’s SmackDown Live.

Of course, Vince McMahon is famed for constantly changing his mind and souring on a talent at a moment’s notice, but here’s hoping that his recent King of the Ring run is just the start of a major push for Chad Gable.
