Could WWE be about to get not just one, but two new titles? Possibly...

As first reported by PWN on X, and since followed up by Fightful Select, there have been talks within WWE of introducing a Women's United States Championship and a Women's Intercontinental Championship. If they were indeed to happen, each of these titles would be assigned to their own brand, giving the ladies of Raw and SmackDown a secondary singles prize to compete for.

Fightful adds that, while they haven't spoken to talent about this latest news, secondary women's titles are something that talent has been pushing for over the past few years.

Of course, NXT already has a secondary women's title with the NXT Women's North American Championship held by Keilani Jordan. On that front, Jordan successfully retained her gold against Sol Ruca at NXT Heatwave last night.

As for main roster WWE, there's currently the WWE Women's World Championship on Raw - as held by Liv Morgan - and the WWE Women's Championship on SmackDown - as held by Bayley - plus the WWE Women's Tag Team Championships that these days belong to Alba Fyre and Isla Dawn.
