WWE Wouldn't Let Renee Young Name Jon Moxley - "My Husband" Was Preferred

Renee's cookbook side project had some annoying edits when she was still in WWE.

WWE laid down the law when Renee Young/Paquette was still employed by the company and forbid her from mentioning Jon Moxley in a cookbook.

Instead, a baffled Renee was asked to edit out any mentions of the AEW star and refer to him only as "my husband". That's something Paquette told the 'Kinda Funny Podcast' she found more than a little ridiculous - her annoyance, sadly, didn't matter.

WWE were not going to let the book promote any pro wrestlers who didn't work for the promotion, and that included Mox. So, Renee went along with company protocol until leaving. Then, free to do her own thing, she edited Jon's name back in and said whatever else she pleased.

Not mentioning Moxley was part of her agreement with WWE before they'd even let her start work on the book whilst she was still under contract. Paquette wasn't even allowed to refer to her man in short as just Jon, and that was that.

Renee giggled as she recalled thinking how weird it'd be to pretend that she was "cooking at home, and here I am - a bachelorette".
