World Heavyweight Championship
Randy Orton Vs Alberto Del Rio (c) On my original card I had Bertie facing off against Rey and Cara in a super duper Lucha match. I also gave this as a turning point in Albertos face turn; little did I know he would turn face and become World Champion. Randy was always in my mind as contesting for the gold but originally against Sheamus and Ziggler respectively. Ive dropped the three way as well for a reason I alluded to earlier that will become apparent in the next couple of pages (can you tell what it is yet). This obviously points to me thinking Orton will win the Chamber match to advance to Mania to face Bertie who I believe will retain vs. Big Show. Simply to advance Alberto as a great face champion. I think the two would have a great technical match up and could potentially steal the show if given the time. I see Orton turning heel either here or around this period and have a great way in which this could be achieved. The easiest way would be to have Orton win in the Chamber and the inner Viper pops up to take out Bertie at every opportunity. Considering Alberto has shown his more aggressive side recently, a heel Orton would be a great enemy of Del Rio. But lets think outside the box Fantasy Booking Winner: Alberto Del Rio After a great match Alberto manages to lock in the Armbar in the centre of the ring. Orton being who he is he refuses to tap out; instead it leads to Orton losing consciousness form the pain. Del Rio is declared the winner and he parades around loving all the admiration from the fans and not noticing that Orton has regained consciousness. One RKO later and Del Rio is down. Dolph Ziggler comes down and cashes in money in the bank, Big E takes out Orton, AJ distracts Rodriguez and Dolph hits the World Champ with the Zig-Zag / Jumping DDT. 1-2-3 NEW WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION. This will balance out Dolphs loss to Ryback in the previous match by granting him World Champion status in a WrestleMania main event after his stellar year in the WWE . The audience would love it AND it would lead to Orton demanding a rematch as he never tapped out or got pinned. 3-way for the title at Extreme rules anyone?
