How can we have the anniversary of Wrestlemania without the most electrifying performer in its history? It certainly looks as if there's no chance of Rock showing up at Mania this year, but we can still hope, it wouldn't be too hard for McMahon and Johnson to work something out whereby Rock would make a brief appearance in New Orleans. It isn't going to be a huge deal, but surely Rock wouldn't begrudge a five minute spot in the Andre the Giant Battle Royal? It would be a real highlight for the fans and a chance for Rock to help celebrate the anniversary of the sensation he helped build. As a kid who grew up in locker rooms with Andre the Giant it would also perhaps hold some sentimental value for Rock to compete in this tribute match. If Rock has got nothing better to do on the night of April 6th and fancies a brief easy run out, he should definitely get on the phone to Vince McMahon about the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal.
