WWE WrestleMania 32: 11 Reasons For John Cena Vs The Undertaker

Cena and Undertaker look set to headline WrestleMania.

John Cena and The Undertaker are looking set to headline WWE WrestleMania 32. PWInsider are reporting that Vince McMahon is looking to plan the match, alongside The Rock versus Triple H as next year's Mania marquee offerings. To the majority of WWE fans, it is good news. This is two of the most popular stars in WWE, going one on one for the first time in years. However, there'll also be the section of fans who are outraged at the development. Some will criticise the booking as lazy and unhelpful to WWE's younger roster. There's the argument that Vince McMahon is again looking to the past, when he should in fact be developing his future. But ultimately, whatever drawbacks may exist, John Cena versus The Undertaker is definitely the right way for WWE to go on April 3 2016. Here's why it makes sense as the main event or co-main event for the biggest WrestleMania of all time.

11. The Live Gate

WWE's priority right now is the live gate for WrestleMania 32. The tickets have just gone on sale, so it probably isn't a coincidence that news of Cena and Undertaker has leaked out. Internally, it is viewed as a match with enough star power to fill the 100,000 capacity at Cowboys Stadium. Both Cena and Taker have a rich history of being box office draws for attendances. If WWE are serious about setting an attendance record next year, Cena and Undertaker is a great booking move. Both have passionate fan-bases who will pay big bucks to see this match live.
