The key here is Finn Balor, thanks to his dark persona and demonic gimmick. The current NXT Champion can't be far from a call-up to the main roster now, and a debut via WrestleMania interference would fit his rebellious nature to a tee. Balor has both the indie credibility to generate a huge response from a smart 'Mania crowd, and the distinctive look to appeal to those less familiar with NXT - particularly if he dresses in full demon garb.
