WWE WrestleMania 33: 10 Things That Won't Happen

1. Goldberg Retaining The WWE Universal Title

It's been fascinating to watch Bill Goldberg rampage through top names like Brock Lesnar and Kevin Owens since his return to action late last year; looking like he hasn't lost a step, the former WCW star has come across better in just a few months than he did during an entire year in WWE during 2003-2004.

Surely, the steam train is stopped dead come WrestleMania and Lesnar gets his revenge on the man who humbled him at both Survivor Series and Royal Rumble.

Everything is set up for Brock's retribution and ascension to the throne as WWE Universal Champion, before going on to lead Raw through the traditional post-WrestleMania lull; matches such as Lesnar vs. Roman Reigns or Lesnar vs. Samoa Joe sound appealing even on paper.

Goldberg shouldn't be expected to retain the Universal gold at 'Mania, because he has had his (surprising) moment in the sun and can be used to re-energise Brock going forward.
